Biography

I am a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Informatics at Telkom University. My academic journey is driven by a passion for creating reliable, safe, and efficient software systems, as well as enhancing modern educational technologies.

I completed my Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science, University of York, UK, under the supervision of Dr. Richard Hawkins, Prof. Ibrahim Habli, and Prof. Tim Kelly. My doctoral research focused on the metamodel-driven development of assurance cases, providing structured and visual arguments to guarantee system safety and assurance. Prior to that, I received both my Master of Computer Science (M.Kom.) and Bachelor of Computer Science (S.Kom.) from Universitas Indonesia (UI).

Research Interests

My primary research interests span several areas within software engineering and computer science:

  • System Assurance & Safety Cases: Structuring safety arguments using the Structured Assurance Case Metamodel (SACM) to justify system integrity and safety.
  • Model-Driven Engineering (MDE): Leveraging metamodels and model transformations to automate software engineering and notation definition.
  • Autonomous Systems: Safety assurance and route-planning algorithms (A*, Dijkstra) for autonomous vehicles and self-driving systems.
  • Technology-Enhanced Learning: Developing and optimising cloud-based, personalised, and adaptive e-learning environments to support modern pedagogy.
